New Online Payment System for USU

Utah State University has a new online payment system called TouchNet. Students can make a onetime payment or set up a payment plan. The login information for TouchNet is the same User name (A#) and password used in Access. To use the TouchNet system:
Log into MyUSU/Access
Click “Student” tab
Click “Registration”
Click “Pay Your Account” or “Installment Plans”
Login to TouchNet using your A# and password
“Quick View” will provide a summary of the student’s charges
To make a Onetime Payment:
Click “Make a Payment”
Click on action: “Pay”
Select method of payment: Electronic Check or Credit Card (Note: American Express, MasterCard, and Discover Card only. Visa not accepted.)
Enter Account information
Click “Continue” – Agreement must be signed with the last four digits of the students A#
Click “I Agree”
To sign up for a Payment Plan:
Click “Enroll in Payment Plan”
Click on “5 Payment Plans”
RCDE students have two options – Check or Credit Card / choose the plan
Click “Continue”
The screen will display all charges that will be paid with the plan.
Click” Display Payment Schedule” – this will show dates and amounts of each payment. Students must agree to this schedule.
Click “Continue” – Agreement must be signed with the last four digits of the student’s ID
Click “I Agree”
Note: Students can only choose one payment plan. If the credit card plan is chosen it will require a monthly login at the due date each month; TouchNet will not do an automatic payment on a credit card. A $50 fee per semester is charged when using the payment plan option.
